Wow, did you really use it for scaling out the fish and cutting the fish belly ? How do you wash your knife after that ? Kinda curious because last time I use it in kitchen and it's quite difficult to wash it throughly especially the smell which needs lime juice to get rid of it.

A Spyderco Dragonfly FRN serrated AUS-8 that I bought about a decade ago to use as the office box cutter. It turned up missing when I retired in 2004 but I found it in the garage
tonite when sorting thru some boxes of stuff. Welcome back li'l dragonfly.

Spyderco Centofante, borrowed from my wife just for experiment purposes: I carried it a couple of hours inside my shirt pocket to see if coworkers would notice. No comments at all. The handle is barely noticeable when the clip is placed for tip down carry, so I guess most of people should think the clip is a from a pen or something like that.

However, for IWB I still prefer my Spyderco Native, so I guess I'll return the Centofante to my wife after all.

Regards.

i only wash it under hot water ... that's it ! when the fish is fresh it's quite easy to scale it with the back edge, and there is no smell at all ...
the 710 fit the job easily
