Today it was just this Charles May FireAnT

I have the Spyderco Para- military. It is small enough to be not felt in my pocket and does any job I have needed over the past several years.

I was looking at newer models originally like the Persistence and Tenacious and Matrix 2 but all are bigger than I was looking for. I really like the Leafstorm's blade, but am on the fence about the handle shape. I was browsing online last week and found out that Spyderco just recently released a VG10 steel/G10 scale Dragonfly, so I ordered one on Saturday and it got here this morning. All I can say is wow! Perfect gentleman's EDC when a smaller blade is required.
Here are some quick pics snapped with my brand new Canon G11 which I just got and am still tweaking settings on so pardon the quality! I included some pics with the original Dragonfly for comparison.

Gotta love the slippie plus sebbie combo :D

I had a Sowbelly stockman and a Large Micarta 21 today and most days, unless the mood strikes randomly then something else might take a ride for the day :D

Carried this Ken Coats shadow toothpick with stabilized buckeye burl scales today.

That's a good looking knife. I'd rather have a Strider like that, I'd get a lot of enjoyment out of using it instead of being afraid of "ruining" it.

I was the same way before I started sanding the coating off and then dremeling the handle :o It is actually a strider buck military folder 889 (SBMF 889). I found a tan version online when I was looking for reviews on it and it is based on what I saw done to that version :) The grooves in the handle are very comfortable and it is nice knowing that no matter how hard I use this knife, I can get it back to "new" again. That's the bonus of having a user

Would you mind posting some comparison pics with a Delica, or another moderately sized knife? I'm pretty happy with my Spyderco Leafstorm, and I find myself looking at smaller knives more and more.

Nothing in my pockets... emerson La Grffe aroud the neck & Rat Izula on the belt (almost perfect EDC duo for every sort of tasks)
