It has been a slow process. I showed it to some guys at work who were clueless about its real value. (One of them bought a Pakistani kris from the Home Shoping Network, for God's sake!) I explained that under the standards of the movie "Patton" only New Orleans pimps carry pearl-handled pistols. Jim says by that standard I qualify to be a New Orleans madam. Since I am a California lawyer, I guess it is a step up. It is a thing of beauty and a joy forever.
 
I gave my mother a SOG Gentleman's SOG. the slimlined ss handled version of the Sogwinder series. And she promised she would carry and use it!
