This is as close as I've gotten. I'm still on the lookout for a few more, but don't intend to go after all the serrated stuff. There's 2 duplicates in this pic but the rest are unique in some way.

Man..you have great taste in Benchmade(s). Awesome group.

Colt "Cobra" models. I think I'm missing one variation. Got the second from the left several years ago in a group I bought here, and for as beat up & hard-used as it is, it's still a great user. Locks up with no play in any direction.

Over the last two or three years, I've managed to acquire several more in the series. The attention to detail is amazing, the grinds are even, the etches are clean, and there are a bunch of odd little details about these that make them interesting: each of them has a half-stop detent, they open-&-close like the pivots are teflon, the laser-cut serrations are very efficient, and they look like something out of a sci-fi movie.

The ugly stepchild to the right is the same model made by Arrowhead Manufacturing in North Carolina(?), after production of this model (and others) was moved back to the U.S. It's shameful to think the black one is made in the U.S.A. The quality, fit-&-finish, and operation are mediocre at best, and it won't lock unless I flick it open really hard. The pocket clip will not hold any tension either.

This same basic model is now made in various anodized colors and with various etchings on the blade, for paramedics, firemen, police, and military personnel. None compare to these old Solingen models. Not even close.

Left to right: CT49, CT49S, CT50, and CT50S. The embarrassment on the right is called... I don't know, and I ain't wasting time trying to find out.

Strider concealed carry....
I've been working on collecting all of the kershaw knockout versions and it made me curious what everyone else is working on as collecting an entire model of knife. I am sure there are lots of Kershaw, Spyderco, and Benchmade collections out there. Anyone else have other collections they want to share. I will post a picture of my knockouts once the one thats in the mail makes it to me.
