Here's what you should get... in specific order:
Get a ride to the next decent knife show in your area (or out of your area if you're up for the drive);
Get a ticket into the door;
Get to know some folks at the tables, as there are some badass personalities you'll enjoy knowing;
Get your hands on every knife you see that strikes your fancy;
Get the one(s) that make you happy to hold/open/close/look at;
Get back here to the forums and post some pics for us to slobber over.

No love for the Kershaw blur in s30v? It's one of those edc frame of reference knives that you have to get if you have the Delica and the grip. It might be my favorite of the 3 if I had to betray the Delica. I like it better than my sebenza.

Seattle International Knife show was in spring... perhaps they'll have it again.
Northwest Knife Collectors (NWKC) has their show this September in Kelso, WA. Website is www.nwkc.org for info.

I second the Blur and they have it in Elmax too for about $100 I have one coming so I am camped out at the mailbox.
All good choices. Then take the next step up, to a CRK; then a Rockstead or Shirogorov; then a Southard or Rexford or Randolph custom; and so on, ending presumably with a Kious or Loveless or Warenski or Homelessness.
I have entered the CRK phase now and am sleeping in the spare room, its good to have a glimpse of what is to follow.
Save the extra $150 and get a Sebenza. I've been EDC my large 21 insingo for the last couple days and it's a force to be reckoned with. For ref. the rest of my collection consists of a PM2, sodbuster jr., ontario rat 1, buck taclite. A modest but awesome quintet! I am strongly eyeing the Spyderco Sage 1 as my next knife, just waiting another month or so!

I was going to say get the Elmax but they are banging buyers on the price. I got mine for like 80 bucks new originally roughly.
PS I wouldn't call a Sebbie the next step up. It's a great knife and one that rounds out a collection really nicely! I look at things pragmatically though. I. E. Sometimes the cheap slipjoints I carry are the better knife for the occasion vs a sebenza or something else.
That isn't to say I don't have one. I got a small Starbenza and love it. I put it up for sale/trade once and then withdrew it. Just couldn't part with it.

I have one. I didn't know about the Elmax version, but I'd rather have the S30V if it is still $70 or so. Has anyone seen a Blur Tanto in S30V? Another one I like is the BDZ1 Blur.
