So here is my question. If you could only pick one knife from each major company/brand to best represent the company, which knife would it be? Things I would consider would be be: quality of construction, fit/finish, design, will it actually be used, consumer appeal/desire. I know this is tough, but what fun are easy questions.:) Feel free to include other companies that aren't listed.

Not too sure about my pick for Kershaw, I don't know what the most popular models are but those two knives are the first I think of when mentioned.
