What knife should I look for??

Hey guys I'm new to the knife world and I have been really attracted to the ZT 301 and the ZT350 based on looks!

My question to you all is what's the big difference between those two knives and are there any other similar to that knife that I should consider?

I would appreciate any feedback you have.

...I think that is a lot to be spending on a first EDC either way (if you mean that you are new to knife collecting when you say "the knife world"). But what do I know, I still use an Opinel Carbone No.07.

I'm new to owning a quality knife! I've had multiple $50-$75 kershaws and such! Want something nicer and better.
 
The ZT0300 series is a frame lock. ZT0350 is a liner lock. The blade on the ZT0300 is longer than the ZT0350. I have both and prefer the Zt0300. If you are looking to spend less the best deal right now is at Kershawguy.com he has the ZT0350 with carbon fiber scales and M390 steel for $175. ZT0350CFM390.
