It's a Schrade FFA knife. The colors of Future Farmers of America are blue and gold, thus the blue scales and golden (brass) crest/shield and bolsters. That one has 1095 steel.
There were other Schrade knives in the FFA pattern. First time I found one, I sent it along with a letter to my high school FFA advisor.
It's beautiful and 1095, you can't possibly go wrong with that. I love 1095, my dream in life is for Buck to offer a custom shop 300 series in 1095.

I bought the large stockman on fleaBay. Here's a slightly different pattern I found at a flea market (two actually). This is the version I sent to my high school teacher. 1095 also.
