What knives have you bought duplicates of?

Zt 0560, zt 0640, dead reckon ridgeback, demko ad20, microtech msi, stitch and amphibian. Chapman lake knives clk-2, ckf sokosha. For the purpose of having a bnib and a beater.

I used to have a few doubles of several knives over the years, but eventually all the "backups" that have any value got traded or sold to get something new that I wanted. My knife budget is finite, and I don't use any knife hard enough to justify having a backup in case I wear it out. It will simply never happen.

In the past I have owned, but all have moved on for other cool stuff.
Sage 2 titanium - 2x
Benchmade lum tanto - 2x
Benchmade mini grip - 3x (still sort of want a plain jane in yellow again)
Benchmade barage - 2x , in different blade shapes. (all gone now)
Benchmade 707 - 2x , one for me and one for my wife's purse.

The only knives I have now as duplicates are those that offer different blade shapes or handle materials to make them feel different enough to justify.
Small Sebenza - 3x - 1 wood inlay, 1 carbon fiber insingo, and 1 cgg which is going to get traded

Traditional knives, I have several duplicate patterns, but all by different makers. I'm not sure if those count since it's easy to collect a pattern type you like from various companies.
4" square bolster stockmen - 3x - 1 old timer, 1 boker, and 1 craftsman
Barlow - 2x

Many, but the most recent is the Hawk Talon. I can’t get enough of the damn things. I’d love to get one in every color/configuration he makes. Problem is they’re so damn expensive. . .

The other most recent ones are the Demko shark locks, AD 20.5 and 20S series. Problem with Demkos is that they are both expensive and hard to find in the exact configuration you want.

Both manufacturers make incredibly designed and machined works of art IMHO…

Benchmade Griptilian - drop point and spydie

Varga Vbr - two small Gen 4, one mid size 3

Hinderer Xm18 - spanto and a sheepsfoot with a hollow regrind

Hinderer Eklipse - slicer hollow, bowie with hollow regrind, and zt 0392 warnie and slicer

Kershaw Belair - small[crucarta special edition] and large

I think those are all my duplicates, I have some sharp by design's and Shiros as well but no two of the same model. I would have 100 Shiros if I could though. Love Shiros, and I love eklipses.

Not particularly special nor expensive and not at all different than my first example but for the serial #; a Spyderco Nano (Spynano). Limited run and I really wanted a backup copy before they become unavailable.
