All depends on people. Most of the people, which I mentioned above made their choices.
My son after he lost all three spydies, which I gave him is planning to buy SS Delica. He bought Cento3 as a Christmas gift to his friend.
 
I believe that i gave since 6 or 7 years, app. 10 SOG seal pup model 37 SEKI made. Why, because according me, this model is one of the best that i used almost each days in mountains.

A couple Case peanuts and some of the kershaw leeks i scooped up at walmart. They're great gateway knives and easy gifts.

I actually like all of these blades... they just went to important people in my life at one point or another.
The Razels were gifted to father figures, so this certainly had nothing to do with getting rid of things unwanted.
I've already repurchased the Ringed Razel.
Honestly... wish I had kept that Gravitator! Haha...

Did you buy them as gifts or have them in your collection and just felt like they would like the knife? I actually EDC'd the delica for a couple months before giving it to my mom because it was the only knife in my collection that she really took to.

Kershaw Cryo and a Kershaw Asset for my step-brother. My brother, I got a SOG Trident and a Kershaw Brawler. I bought my mom a lower end kitchen knife set (~$250), because she beats the s*** out of her knives. Too many to remember them all offhand but the most recent was a Spyderco Tenacious to a buddy whose trusty Kershaw went missing in a move.
 
I give away mostly SAKs to the nieces and nephews. My brother and dad have gotten several over the years from REKAT, Spyderco, Livesay, and Benchmade. The kids have Benchmade and some customs; my oldest daughter has a Simonich Cetan that she loves. Friends and people I thought were friends have received Spyderco, misc customs, and SAKs.

Skyline was purchased as a gift to my little cousin.
The CRKT Ringed Razel was a gift to a very close friend/Eskrima classmate... we decided to familiarize ourselves with karambits and started here. Later-acquired (lighter) folding karambits were a breeze after conditioning the hand with this guy haha.
Tremor was kept clam shelled as an emergency gift until it was eventually given.

The rest were my from my collection.
 
Tilt DLC for a good friend who's in the Military, Umnumzaan for my dad cuz he's my boss :p 3 damascus Delicas for my sisters, Shun kitchen knife set for mom, m390 Military for my brother and various CRKT, Spyderco and Kershaw knives for my other friends.
