Question What level of membership do i need?

Sorry i have to bother the mods with a question thats most likely been asked before but im having a little trouble understanding the rules regarding which level of membership i need to do this.
I want to ask the folks of the sub forum im active in (Axe, Tomahawk, & Hatchet forum) for some help in obtaining some items not available in my country (a certain type of handle) through a trade or just buying them directly off them. Which level of membership do i need to start a new thread in the forum asking for such help? Thanks in advance.

Welcome!

No membership level would allow you to start those threads in the Axe forum as that is a discussion forum and not part of the Exchange.

Anyone can start a want to buy thread in the Want to Buy forums. The WTB: Gadgets and Gear may be more appropriate for handles. https://www.bladeforums.com/categories/wanted-to-buy-forums.801/

You'll need at least a Basic Membership to start a trade thread of your own in the trade forums. https://www.bladeforums.com/categories/trading-forums.756/

However, at your current level you can browse existing trade or for sale threads and buy or make offers to trade.
