What make of car would your knife compare to?

ZT030x series = Hummer. Built like a tank, but still elegant in a lot of ways.

Katz Cheetah would be a Ford F150

Spyderco Police would be a Cadilac or Lincoln

Buck folder Kalinga would be a Camaro or Mustang

My sebbie is built here in America, is the epitome of craftsmanship, and super sexy and sleek. Thus its a 'Vette. No getting around that one.

For me Spyderco is the equivalent of Toyota: extremely functional, problems free, state of the art customer-service (customer satisfaction it's prime, with also a good communication with customers) & cost-effective.

My pre 70's Case stainless steel slimline trapper would be compared to a 1972 240 Z in burnt orange. It is streamlined, sleek, elegant, colorful, classic, rare and vintage....

I think my Kabar TDI is like a Miata.

It's small, fits anywhere, works as both a utility knife and a defense knife.

The Miata is small, fits anywhere, and works as a daily driver and a weekend track car.

People see the knife and think it's small, it couldn't possibly be useful. But it's got a razor sharp edge, good steel, very easy to hold and use, etc.

People see a Miata and think it's small, it couldn't possibly beat my muscle car around a track. But it's got great balance, takes well to small bolt-on's, handles like it's on rails, and regularly outruns cars well above it's price range and power level.

If I'm using a traditional slippjoint It reminds me of my '48 Pontiac.

That's very nice indeed:thumbup:

I admire that upturned bathtub look, reminds me of another wonderful car of that era the Packard Super Clipper

I wish I could buy cars as often as I do knives though:D

I would compare my Kershaw OD-1 to my Toyota Camry.

Solid, comfortable, very reliable and a excellent value for the money. A real user that should provide great service for many years.

Now I'll have to buy a Mercedes or Corvette to match my Sebenza... Of course, I'll have to live in it too! :p

Thanks for the welcomes... fun learning about cool stuff, and people.

Most of my knives are Busse, Swamp Rat, and Scrapyard, in different sizes, so I would have to go with the Humvee, unless the M1 Abrams counts as a "car."

hm. id say...
izula would be something like a dirtbike or atv, small, nimble, tough, good in the woods
my white endura..not too sure. 3 series bmw maybe?

Ford or Dodge truck. My Barkies and Blackjacks are great workers or users. And upgradable to collectable knives as these trucks can be upgraded with options.

My Mora is like taking public transport -except it is always on time and there when you need it.

Just from what I have in my pocket right now I would say the MT Makora is a Suzuki Hayabusa. Man that's a fast bike.
