I bet the surge is chonky in the pocket! I want to eventually get either the wave or the surge but I'm torn because wave has the micro drivers that I would really like but no awl and vice versa.

The saw on my LM Surge worked well to trim out the rough edges of the hole, and the ruler helped me measure for the new patch. T-A

thanks G Gurdygurds I had it made to my specs by Aussie knifemaker Jason Cutter about 2004, it's skeleton handled I've wrapped it in oiled roo lacing. He retired from knife making years ago. He was a member here if you d a search of his name, you will find some examples of his work.
