Thank you very much.Cool shot! I hope you end up loving the thing.
It came today. It's the bottom one in the photos. It has hollow rivets and LEATHERMAN in the larger font, but it doesn't say JAPAN anywhere that I can find, nor does it say USA or PORTLAND. The top one has hollow rivets and the larger font and is marked JAPAN on the master blade and PORTLAND on the handle.Well, actually I bought it yesterday...a 1985ish PST made in Japan with hollow rivets. Pictures when it arrives. T-A

I don’t know what the round one is about but the banana shaped hole is there to take the corkscrew (see few posts above, my post).A pawn shop purchase from a few days ago, #3 in the lineup, and to the right in the second and third photos.

It was too cheap to pass up. Can any one tell me which two models I have here? And why the holes in the side views (photo #3)? Why is one hole round and the other more banana shaped. You might have already guessed that I don't speak SAK as well as I speak Leatherman. Thanks for any input. T-A
So that's what that's for.. Thanks for the info. Can you tell me the proper model names for these two tools? T-AI don’t know what the round one is about but the banana shaped hole is there to take the corkscrew (see few posts above, my post).
I’m afraid not. I would check the SAKWiki or if that doesn’t help I believe there are dedicated forums out there. Great tools though, my SwissTool Spirit X is my most priced possession! So that's what that's for.. Thanks for the info. Can you tell me the proper model names for these two tools? T-A
