I've would like a neck knife, it's to pair with my TOPs BOB. I'm on a budget of a £100. It's doesn't have to be able to do hard work but it'd be nice. Any brand, don't care as long as there is quality.

Is this for self-defense or simply as an EDC backup? For self defense a Brous Silent soldier is good and hits your budget.

I can tell you from personal experience that any neck knife longer than about 6" (15 cm) is difficult to conceal when worn around the neck. I'm a big guy - 6'3" (190 cm) - and 7"+ knives just don't conceal well. My Brous is invisible even under a t-shirt.

The Tops Tibo might work. It's slim and lightweight, although it would benefit from some paracord wrapping on the handle.

It's mainly for bushcraft tasks and such.

Tops Tibo, izula,BK11\14. All would be good. IMO as great as the BK11 is it is a
bit large for neck carry.

I'm not sure about the Tibo, I know about the izula and was wondering wether the 2 or the 1, not sure which is better. The bks look nice.

The izula 1\2 only differ in handle langth I believe. The BK14 has the same izula style handle. How large are your hands? Mine are medium and the izula 1 fits me good. Remember this is a back up blade. So chances are you will not use it for a extended amount of time but might carry it a lot. The knife I am neck carrying right now is a Evans knife & tool companion. Great blade but you might have trouble finding one.
Edit I like the Tops key B also as a back up.

Any of Dwayne Childress neckers, varying steels and handles.

I found my perfect neck knife to be a Todd Begg Tree Frog. I tried many knives over the years, and found this one to be perfect for me! I don't have it in my pix, but it has a nice kydex neck sheath.

The prefect neck knife companion to the BOB is the msk...can even get matching handles n

Here's a few neckers of mine. I'm not a big fan of weight around my neck, but have worn them on occasion. However I do love the knife sizes, and usually just remove the chain and carry in back pocket.

ESEE Izula, Tops Tibo and White River Knives Backpacker or Knucklehead. The knucklehead is very different but feels good in the hand with or without the finger hole!

Neck knives simply get in the way most of the time. Anything larger than the Esee Izula is too big. For bushcraft, get the Izula 2. If you want a knife for general cutting and skinning, or canoeing, get an inexpensive Outdoor Edge Wedge. Small and has a large cutting area. If you want a small pocket chainsaw for cutting then get a Cold Steel Super Edge. (I have a box of neck knives...it took me a while to learn...and these 3 work the best for me.)

Enzo necker. Don't discount it. Love mine. Good ferro striker too, if that's important.

I just picked up a Tops Tibo with G10 scales and a custom sheath. I like it pretty well. I don't know it feels without the G10 scales but it feels great with them. As mine is set up it's probably too heavy for a neck knife but I carry it in a bag. The factory sheath is much lighter and lower profile so I can see it working well with that and a cord wrap as a neck knife. Overall it's a nice design though.

Looks good. I don't like the gimping on the inside of the handle though.
