Wish time everybody:thumbup:

What would you like to see being offered or re-offered in 2008 by cutlers?

There are many, but I'd like CASE to do a Wharncliffe Mini Trapper in scales that are not the garish blue, red or algae green currently on offer.Otherwise a wonderful knife.

CASE Mini Copperlock with Wharncliffe in yellow handle.

Right off the top of my head the Case XX 6202 1/2 Jack with lots of gnarly Stag and few other classic colord Bone offerings.

In general, more patterns and handle materials with CV steel.

I'd love to see a CV Seahorse Whittler, but they've said they "can't" do that.

But what they really mean is that they won't do that.

I too would like to see them offer one or two or.. :)

Yeah... more Case models in general with CV blades would be great. I don't mind their SS at all, but I'd love to see a sowbelly in chrome vanadium.

More 1095 and CV. More stag and amber bone. I'd snap up a Tuxedo and Wharncliffe mini-trapper for sure if I could get them in carbon steel in stag or even amber/brown bone.

Id love to see Green Micarta offered on the handles.
Like to see a Single blade Trapper.
Cv Muskrats
and lastly Id like to see more CV models

Canvas micarta barlow with D2 Wharncliffe main blade and spear point second blade.

A fullsize Case scout with a nice nickel silver bail and official shield.
A bail on the Schatt & Morgan scout,
A Schatt & Morgan gunstock stockman at 3 1/2 or 3 5/8 inches. All in CV and D2 respectively.

Case CV blades in all styles and handle materials. A little broad I guess, but it is a heck of a Christmas wish!!

I am with sunnyd on this one. Heck all of the Case jacks in Stag would be nice also. Stainless is OK too.

Another thing: What scales will Queen Cutlery be offering for 2008? Anybody got any idea?

Bark River folder with a Wharncliffe be nice too....
