The Micarta makes a very good knife a great knife. I think the Small Micarta Insingo is one of the best knives out there.

In terms of next, it's been a while since I've gotten a CRK, so maybe a 25, just to try it out.
 
Not sure whats next, but almost ANYTHING crk is on my "to get list. Really want a micarta 25 and a plain large insingo. Def want a cf basket weave from knife art too!
 
Just got my first Zaan and can't believe I waited this long. Love this thing.

Next up Startac, Umnumzaan with a star burst what's not to love.
 
Something with Damascus...Really leaning towards Raindrop.
 
I'm waiting for my Umnumzaan to get back from CRK, then I'll be opening the wallet again for a Mnandi. Hopefully I'll find one with Mammoth and Spirograph Damascus, but that may take an eternity.

While I'm seeking a Mnandi, I'll have my eyes opened for a flat-ground Sebenza. You know, the one that Waldo will sell me for a needle I found in a haystack.

I've been know to have to eat my words a time or two. Wasn't planning to but the diamond plate, some things are worth having. As you know Bill, I cannot pass up a piece of history or a lefty.

Awesome choice. I scored myself a small micarta Insingo last night with overnight shipping. Got the very last one they had (for now).

I figure, after 5 Sebenzas, at least one of them should be an Insingo. Had I the opportunity, I'd have jumped on the regular as well. I'd really like to see what one is like in use and being carried. Enjoy it, friend!
 
I got my Umkhombe in the mail today. That was CRK purchase for years end. Its AWESOME. Basically a larger fixed blade umnumzaan. The handle is thicker on it than it looks and fills the hand nicely. Cant wait to take it out in the woods and put it to use.
 
I think it may be a Ti-Lock,:). The size fits me perfectly. Can anyone talk me out of this purchase?:)

We have all seen pics of mine,..But I am not even a 1/4 of the photographer as the good people here. My pics suck!
I have seen the pics that TMCGLASSON36 posted of one of his Umkhombe's that he put in the exchange...I seriously thought about picking up another. Love the blade shape and weight. Not sure about the handle material...Will probably make my own when I get some time from either G10 or CF.
 
I am going to wait for the small 25 to come out😄😄😄😄
 
I'm debating whether to religiously stay with the plain Jane I have, or just give in to the "multiple CRKs" way of looking at it......

If I choose to do so, these are the ones that would be first on my list:

Small 21 cf inlays, raindrop Damascus(or just the polished s35, can't decide)

Small 21 Honduran rosewood inlays, polished blade, gold hardware

And maybe a mnandi of some sort

Then maybe a Zaan


See this is why I don't want to start down this path!!:D
