I am anxiously waiting for my ZT set of 3 to come, but after that I plan on ordering Pauls Hatchet. What will be your next Busse?

Of course my plans often change because Jerry releases another knife I must have.

I hate to say it but I hope that the Folder isn't released soon as I have so many other Busse Knives I currently want.

I'm thinking my next one (in the not too distant future) is going to be a LE Mr. Mojo. I like the recurve feature of the blade, and it sounds like it has a good heft and balance to it.

I'm waiting on my ZT Satin Jack with much fervent desire...

Take it easy,

Jerry knows what I want, but it looks like I might have to start with the Gold & Mild bribes to get it

Other than that, something I don't yet have

Hmmm...waiting on my Satin Jack and ZT lineup...but Andre's in town this weekend and I'll have to take a close look at the Aftershocks and Mr. Mojo's he's bringing...

CJ

CJ, I call dibs on Andre's Mr. Mojo.

Actually, Andre said he would have a few Combat Mojos. Race Yaa!

Strabs,

I sent Jerry 10 boxes of Gold & Milds and a bottle of Single Malt Scotch. I had my knives in 4 days. It would have been 2 days but it took him 2 days to sober up. He's not cheap but he can definitely be had.

Tony

Sheesh, Seth! At LEAST don't grab the last Mr. Mojo until I've had a chance to handle it! See you up there!

CJ

I MUST HAVE A BATTLE MISTRESS!!

I have a basic 9 that I beat the crap out of whenever I can, and it takes almost no damage. I figure the Battle Mistress is the next logical step up. After that I want a Badger Attack, and I think that will have it covered. (at least that's what I told my wife...)

Antdog I try to tell my wife the same thing, she isn't buying it anymore :)

Still like that Greco??

Antdog,
I keep telling MYSELF that same thing. " I think this is the last knife I'll ever need" then Jerry goes and comes out with something I MUST have. :D
BTW, I bet once you get a BA-E you'll have to have another, thats what happened to me. ;)

Bigtree,
I agree with you, You must have a Badger. They are a great knife and my all time favorite. :D

Ok, I got the Mr. Mojo mentioned previously (thanks Andre, for your honesty, the trade, and for bringing the great collection!), so now I'll I'm waiting on it my Satin Jack and ZT line, then the collection is everything I need! Except maybe a Paul's Hatchet...and that Badger E has been calling out to me...and maybe I'll need another ZT set as well???

Does it ever end?

CJ

Hey bandaidman, I hear you about the wife - mine doesn't buy my excuses anymore either!

Yep, I'm still enjoying the Greco. It is within the 5.5" blade limit for Texas, so I carry and use it a lot and it is really tough!

I can't carry the Basic 9 in town, but once I get that BA-E, it will be that and the Greco every day. I think they'll get along just fine! :)

Once some car repairs are caught up, and the missus gets the backyard deck she's been asking for all spring, I think a Paul's Hatchet is in order. My DWMS and SH-SHII can tackle alot of chores, but the hatchet is too cool and too different, and easier to explain away any "mission overlap" or redundancy. ;)

What about the Assault Shaker? I think it is the most everyday used knife in my possesion(except for my SAK). It is small enough to keep in your pocket at work or out in public.I love all my Busse knives, but try to carry a Steel Heart all day! :D

Yep, that is what my wife said, "Another Busse knife!?!"

Yes, dear. It will be worth a lot of money in the future.
"You don't need another kife!"

Your right, my love, but this one is a collector. I won't use it, so it will just increase in value.

"This kife cost how much!?!"

Don't think of the cost, dear, think of how much it WILL be worth.

"Your nuts! Climber did this to you, didn't he?"

No, dearest, I have always been this way. I love knives and guns and computers and cars. Just be glad I don't collect cars, that is expensive.

"Oh, fine. Get the knife."

This conversation took place a few hours after I ordered my wife a new computer. I sell/upgrade/fix computers on the side, so I got a great deal.

Climber came over to watch a movie with me, "The Naked Prey," and she gave him the story. His reply..."Your married to a knife guy." Enough said.

Marriage, its a give and take thing...

Yours in nuclear marriage,
Van

"Antdog,
I keep telling MYSELF that same thing. " I think this is the last knife I'll ever need" then Jerry goes and comes out with something I MUST have.
BTW, I bet once you get a BA-E you'll have to have another, thats what happened to me."

Hey Eric - I hear that! Every knife I buy is "the last one I'll ever need"! I know I will probably want one to use and one as a backup! Lord help me...

I will get the Badger Attack for my next Busse. After that I believe the Battle Mistress is my next logical step. Of course, when does logic have anything to do with...... ;)
