  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What non-bali knives do you own/carry?

Other than the 2 Jags and the 2 BM42's that i've had with me at all times lately, I also carry a combination of these on occasion:

~BM 710 Axis
~SIFU
~CRKT Bear claw (1 neck and 1 in my truck)
~Buck special (fixed blade)

For my own personal use, I favor knives made in USA, Germany & Japan. I tend to lean toward those made in Japan, because the steel comes out of the Philippines and is basicly the same as what goes into Batangas Balisongs. From what I have seen though, the Kershaw hollow ground blades are the sharpest. They are just like a razor blade, but the handles are junk. Next would be the Spyderco's & they put a good handle on their knife.
