What other knife retailer website ship internationally? other than new graham knives

Hi folks

Yesterday I ordered a caly3 and a mini manix from new graham knives to be shipped to me in Saudi Arabia. The order went through and I was happy thinking my knives are on the way. Today I got an email from new graham knives saying they don't accept credit cards from first time buyers. How am I going to be a second time buyer if they don't accept my first time order? :grumpy:

Is there another retailer with good reputation that will ship to Saudi Arabia and accept credit card payment?

Apparently, they only take Western Union from first-time international orders.

If you're using an American credit card, it might not hurt to ask if they will honor it. They may have seen the Saudi address with the credit card and rejected it out of hand. In my experience, customer service at New Graham is good, so I think it's worth talking to them. Sorry I don't have another international shipper to recommend.

(hope the link is kosher - still figuring out the new rules)

Tohatchi NM , thanks much friend. I did send them an email asking them to accept the order in good faith. No reply. It would help a great deal to find a dealer that i can order from consistently to save me the hassle.

Are you at an International address, or are you stationed in Saudi Arabia? Big difference between having an APO / FPO addy and an international one.

I am actually a Saudi national. Gave them my home adress.

I know Knife Center ships internationally. Whether or not Saudi Arabia is on their list is something you would need to ask them.
 
Guitared, no reflection on you or most other international customers, but US domestic retailers have little or no recourse for fraud. For even small stores such as us, fraudulent overseas orders have amounted to thousands of dollars. We accepted cards in good faith as long as we could afford to absorb the losses, but finally had to require Western Union transfers. Believe me, it was a difficult decision for us to make.

I think lighthound.com ships internationally. They have good service and prices are about the same as NGK.
