We see many examples of various steels being folded with one another, but how about other alloys and metals?
Can you fold over layers of, say, red gold and argentium 960 (a variant of sterling silver), as one would with tamahagane steel in Japanese sword/knife making? Or will the two have issues "sticking" to one another?
Any other combos?
Thanks in advance!
