I mostly wear Levis, tend to carry a smaller knife, so I carry most of my knifes in the watch pocket of my jeans.

I wear jeans mostly, and usually carry 3 daily in left front, right front, and watch pocket.

I clip my knife(3 1/2inch) inside my waist band on my Right side for Right handed use but i'm also able to draw the knife with left hand from the waist band must easyer than reaching for my Right sided pocket. I used to have to work in alot of attics and being able to draw with both hands was nice.

Dress slacks- right waist band (pocket clip) , and small folder in left front pocket
Cargo pants (5-11's) right rear slash pocket (pocket clip)
jeans or shorts- right front pocket (pocket clip)

Right front pocket alongside a front pocket wallet to keep it vertical. I hate it when a knife lays horizontal in my pocket. Except for peanut/Pemberton sized knives, which is why I like them so much.

If I'm wearing jeans, I carry in my watch pocket. I usually carry a second knife, which either goes in a pocket sheath in my right front pocket, in a belt pouch, or in a jacket/waistcoat pocket. I've got a Leatherman Micra in my 'Man Tin', and I'll also sometimes carry another knife or multi-tool. Small fixed-blades either go in a pocket or in my waistband (ideally with a tether to my belt). Larger ones go on my belt or in a jacket pocket (or in my rucsac).

No pocket clips here please. This is the traditional knife forum.

I was thinking the same thing while reading through the thread, although on their defense, some traditional knives come with, or can be fitted with a clip.

Anyway, when I carry a clipless traditional it usually goes to the bottom of my front right pocket, unless it fits comfortably in the watch pocket. If it has a clip (like my clipped SAK) then it just gets clipped on my front right pocket like every other knife.

Maybe the OP could edit the thread title to include the word 'traditional'. Not your fault OP, but some seem to be missing the fact that this is the TRADITIONAL forum.

For our purposes we leave the pocket clips out.
If I have to examine every thread to determine whether the knife is or is not a modified traditional, I'd go screaming out the door.
The thread title is "What Pocket Do You Carry Your Knife In?". In just a minute it'll be "What Pocket Do You Carry Your Traditional Knife In?".

Magic!

... I have not yet met a pocket that doesn't like a knife.

I typically carry one smaller slipjoint in the bottom of my right front pocket, and a larger one standing up next to my wallet in my right rear pocket.

My preference is left front pocket. Being right handed all of the junk tends to wind up in the RFP and I hold my traditional in my left hand to open it with my right thumbnail. So, that's the preferred pocket for me, but any available pocket will do.
