What pocket is for what?

Guess I'm not too strange. Men just seem more organized and habitual than our female counterparts.

I wouldn't say that. It's mostly that we can't cram our pockets with stuff because
1) it looks weird. I've seen what it looks like when a woman stuffs an iphone or similar in her back pocket. Looks like it's under the skin. :)
2) our pockets are useless most of the time. Too shallow.

If a woman carries a bag with multiple compartments, she's likely to use them to organize stuff. Lots of bags don't allow for that, though. In that case, everything ends up at the bottom. No matter what you're looking for, it'll be at the bottom.

I keep a CS Hold Out III clipped inside a pocket in my bag. That's where it lives unless I need it for something. My keys go clipped to the bag if they're not in my hand and on a hook once I'm inside the house. Sunglasses go on their spot on a particular shelf, every time.

Been carrying a CRKT Obake lately, sort of IWB-style.

In any case, my favorite folders don't fit in my pockets anymore because clothing designers have decided my pockets should only be deep enough to hold lint. :/

My fiance is deeply annoyed by pockets, or the lack thereof, on women's clothing as well.

In left front pocket is my clipped Delica ZDP189 (365 day carry spot) and all of my Keys 14 of them plus my folding Money and in my right front Pocket clipped is usually a small Pistol of some kind and in my right back pocket notes and 'stuff'..**
In my left rear pocket goes my Wallet with my life in it ( very thick ) as nobody can even think of picking my pocket as I can hardly get my Wallet out of it at times myself.*^ In my Watch Pocket is my Case Stag Peanut for just in case.!!
No wonder my Britches feel like they weigh 65#'s when I take them off the Hook to put on.^*

Not as well organized as many of you all. But basically, loose change goes in left front pocket. Keys and folder knife go in right front pocket. Cell phone goes in shirt or jacket pocket; I occasionally will slip it into my right rear pocket if I am doing stuff where it will fall out of the shirt pocket. I wear a lot of Carhartt pocket T's. Love them and pen and cell phone go in the shirt pocket most of the time.

If I am carrying a second folder, it usually goes in my right rear pocket or if wearing cargo type pants, a leg pocket.

Particularly what pocket does your knife belong in?
Modern folder in right front, traditional in left front...my most commonly carried fixed blade goes in my right rear pocket when I have it. If I'm wearing a suit, which is fairly uncommon, I often forgo the modern folder (that I skip the fixed blade should not need to be stated).

Front right- Phone
Front left-Keys, wallet, clipped knife
I mostly wear athletic clothes so I normally don't have back pockets

I don't suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder, but over time things tend to gravitate to certain pockets.

Cargos or not, knife is always top front right.
Wallet, right, lower if I'm wearing cargos
change in the top left pocket
My main lighter is always on the left side. It's substantial enough to solder or work small metal peices, but it's small enough that you can forget about it.

.
right front belt-loop has a carabiner with keys and my reserve flame (one of those teeny flint lighters)
Leatherman Surge and bitkit are on the right side of my belt

I'm not OCD or a 'prepper', honest

My day to day 'windbreaker' is a 5.11 wool blend shirt with document pockets. Left side phone and pen. Right side smokes and my EDC lock picks.
The flashlight is on the right shoulder of my pack. Any gear I have in the pack, while useful, would make me look like an OCD prepper

Left pocket : main blade
Right pocket : secondary blade
Right cargo pocket : multitool
Right back pocket : wallet

I'll play. Right front pocket: Kahr .380. Left front: Leatherman CS4. Bic mini, chapstick, cheap mini flashlight. Left rear: Wallet. Right rear: clean cotton bandanna. Spyderco Endura clipped IWB above right front pocket. Serious firearm (often Glock 19, sometimes KelTec PMR30, or Smith 28 if I'm outdoors and out of town) OWB on left hip.

LF pocket: Lighter, flashlight
RF pocket: Currently Emerson Horseman
Coin/ Watch pocket: H1 Dragonfly
LR pocket: Empty
RR pocket: Wallet, also empty... :grumpy:

LF- lighter and a few dollars

RF- whichever folder im carrying that day

LR- usually another folder clipped on, scrap paper (work related stuff)

RR- wallet

on the belt I carry a fixed blade on the left for cross draw. on the right is my phone clipped on horizontally.

around my neck is a necker of some kind, depending on how I feel that day. from time to time I'll throw on my gold chain if I'm feeling pretty [emoji16] lol

Left Front: currently Rough Rider 3 blade stockman-or similar, sometimes SAK Classic instead.
Right Front: either CS Recon 1, CRK My Tighe, or BM 42, depending on mood, wallet.-although I also rotate a beater dollar store Imperial flipper I used to carry almost exclusively after losing a couple good knives in a row.
T-Shirt: Phone
I'm routinely in a vehicle as part of the job,I drive for a living, (cab driver) and that allows bag carry and room for larger items, which vary from a NAA Mini to Mace to a 21" ASP to a S&W M&P in 9mm, depending. I have everything in the bag from a small spotlight to snacks, to an emergency blanket to a first aid kit, and it rides the front passenger seat unless the pickup is an extremely attractive female or I have a full load of business people and need that seat. If i know it's a highway trip that day, I'll generally have a larger firearm and more food.

Left front-phone

Right front-knife. Sometimes a lighter or flashlight too. And coins.

Back right-wallet.

Back left-empty. Receipts go there.

Keys on a clip on any belt-loop. I have a plastic truck key that I don't want getting crushed or dug-up.

For work..
Left front: flashlight clipped, phone and Vic swisstool in pocket
Right front: cqc15 and wallet, keys
Right rear: hanky
Left rear, potentially a small fixed blade or folder, typically not,
keep an opinel 8 in my lunch pail

School/after work
Left front: pen clipped, multitool and an opinel 8 or 6
Right front: my choice of knife, wallet, keys

Right rear: hanky
Left rear, typically nothing

Awesome to get a female's view. Thank you very much. I still think you are significantly more organized than my fiance haha
