What progam to use?

I'm wanting to change my desgin on my business cards and be able to use it on my web site, letter head, T-shirt, etc. I have my last name inside the outline of Kentucky, i want to be able to do that and change the font size.
What would be a progam that I can use, and that would let me also make the letters curve?

pretty much any graphics program out there, but if you send my you logo and a few ideas I could try work something out for you
