I ordered it from Andy a little while ago, it should be on it's way shortly ( I am holding things up).

The Liten Bror has caught my eye enough that I have put in a preorder for this one from the next production run.

This may border on the heretical but I haven't seen anything in a while that really jumped out and said 'buy me'. Some day I'd like one of Ray Laconico's knives but I don't have a pressing 'need' for it.

I do plan to buy two Lauri blanks, a puukko and a leuku, and make my own handles for those. I'm still gathering material for the handles at the moment.

Landi's PSK and other knives, quite a few Laconico's, and the Fiddleback Woodsman have all caught my eye.

I was so impressed with the steel in a swamp rat I sharpened up the other day I decided I needed one. So I picked up a scrapper 5 :) not really a bushcraft knife but I'm sure it will still work fine, plus its about the perfect size.

I still have a soft spot for our makers but I feel like I'm coming down with a case of the ratdoghog flu and I hear the medicine is expensive.

Still have a Skookum Bush Tool on order. I would like to pick up a nice Kephart still, its either going to be a ML, Stomper, or possible a full tang Bark River. I have the camp knife challange knife on order from Laconico as well. The only other knife I want is a Breeden cub as a small EDC fixed blade. I think after all those I will be done with knives for a few years.

An Off the Map Bushcrafter
Fiddleback Ladyfinger
Spyderco Jerry Hossom line, not sure which size, they all look sick
BHK Bushbaby

In time they will come, in time.....

Koyote. But I need to trade him my 1.5 horse Baldor and ten inch wheels' so he can finish what he started.
I love that guys knives.
I want to actually own one by march.

Did you read my thread in Stomper's forum about how I had a dream about his Michigan Trail Knife with a Scandi edge.

I saw that, we have the same idea . Although If I get one it will have the normal 3 3/4" blade.

just call me "rides in the boat with jim"...if I lived to be as old as Methulsa I'd still have to leave knives to somebody. Still the Terrasaur has a nice look to it...and maybe the Deweese by Breeden...Dang it Pit this is all your fault!!!!

Lately I have looked at...

Fiddleback Karda
Fiddleback Bow Legged Chopper
Laconico Nessie Sodbuster
RAT Cutlery RC3

...but the funds are lacking so I will continue to window shop.

There are a lot of beautiful knives out there. Honestly, I feel like I have more than enough small to medium sized fixed blades to last me a couple lifetimes. There are always ones that catch my eye though. When I visited Fiddleback's shop the other day, I wanted everything I saw. Dude makes a mean blade

But I think I'm going to stay focused on machetes for a while. Imacasa has my full attention- their stuff is great.

I apologize in advance for the heresy. . . :o

The thing is, I never really understood bowies. A knife, but with large, double guards? A sword, but for shorter ranges? (Gets flame suit ready. . :D)

That being said, this Barkie REALLY caught my eye. It seems it would be "alive" in the hand -

I was so tired of everyone bragging about the Busse and Busse-kin family of knives that I recently bought a Scrapper 6 and Son of Dogfather from folks on BF.

I am going to play with them both, keep the one I like, and sell the other.
