What RMJ hawk fits YOU best?

Well since the cat is already out of the bag. Here are my two favorite RMJ's. The Jenny Wren and my FAVORITE, The Storm Crow!

I am trying not to pull all my hair out while I wait for the release of the SC.

The Storm Crow looks like it would be a good fighter. I really like the looks of the handle ergonomics. As far as looking like one of Daniels, I'd equate modern Tomahawk design to modern car design. most look similiar as their "wind tunnel designed". Aerodynamics are aerodynamics.

In the case of tomahawks, good ergonomics are just that, so they will by design look similiar. To me the Storm Crow looks like an "updated" Jenny Wren. Looks to be another great design by Ryan.

Bottom line, Daniel and Ryan make some great tools! As I posted previously, I'm looking forward to seeing the collaberation piece these two come up with.

Amen, brother.

I'm kind of curious how the Eagle Talon and Shrike hawks compare to the Kestrel and Wren as far as fighting. I don't see myself concealing the hawk so I'm not sure if a larger hawk is a good idea or not.

Got to visit the RMJ Shop just this Friday. I really liked the Jenny Wren, but the Kestrel Feather was very nice. Would of liked to check out a Berserker, but they didn't have any on hand.

Jenny Wren is my choice.
Length: 11.5 inches
Weight: 18 oz.
Relatively light weight, perfectly small enough to carry in my pack or B.O.B.
I'm in Manhattan... I'm confident that if called on, this will perform superbly in the next
disaster, catastrophe, hurricane resulting in street anarchy looting and/or the next terror attack,
which I am sure will eventually happen.... though I'm hoping to move before that happens.

Purchased summer 2012 and I feel well worth the 3 or 4 month wait.
Quite sharp, I chose this handle color pattern.
Took these photos on my roof:

I have been looking at a Jenny Waren for some time now. I handled one and really liked the size and feel of it. If I were to get on, I’d get one with an accompanying training version.

Here ya go Ed, a pic next to something you're familiar with...and my new Camp Axe...

I have a kestrel. I've handled it, and practiced a bit, but never had a need to use it. My working hawk is the SwampRat Kill Devil--comes with an edge retention that begs to be beat on. The Kestrel, however, is concealable, maneuverable, and I really like the design. The wait for me was ~8 months, but I didn't rush them. With the military/first responder discount, for what your getting, it's a far more affordable hawk than most other designs on the market. The kydex is a bit tight, but I suppose that's better than loose, and it comes ready for shoulder carry. You can barely even see (if you can see it at all) it under a jacket. Never handled a Jenny Wren, but they look great as well, and those storm crows are awfully tempting...

I have the RMJ Shrike, I use it for breaking stuff. Unless the apocalypse comes thats all I use it for. Breaking locks, opening crates, etc. It holds up really well and the spike is the "icing" on the cake.
