Despite recently buying a OHO Vic, imo that is the better blade design on the big models. Throw in a side lock and I’m one happy camper. lol

I had a good night on the tractor getting a job done before a major rain event. Now after work as the rain has set in I have a 2015 Australian Navy issue side lock.

I've often wondered why it's rounded over... It is good for spreading vegemite.

I'd assume they are rounded because things can get a little unbalanced on the boat and in that kind of situation you really don't want to have pointy knife flying around the deck.

Lee, I bought my first SAK, a Small Tinker, in 1989. I carried it exclusively for at least 8 years, then splitting time with an Old Timer. Never had the need for anything else so I get it.
