GT I take all of my photos with an IPhone, and usually discard A BUNCH before I get one I like (read: in focus :)). For me some kind of good natural light helps a lot. You can clean them up a bit with an app, there are several good ones out there. I really admire the photos Primble, Smithhammer, Gevonovich, and others share on the Traditional forums. Someday I am going to invest in a proper camera and take a photography class, for now I spend my fun money on knives though :).

Tom, thanks for the info about some of your photo techniques. I've noticed how much natural light helps my attempts, and maybe I just have to be willing to spend more time taking lots of shots to get a good one. I'm surprised that yours are from your iPhone; I have a phone that I carry, with the power off unless I want to call my wife if I've fallen and can't get up or something :p; no idea how to take a pic with it or how to transfer a pic from phone to computer. I use my wife's point-and-shoot Canon, which probably has far more capabilities than I realize. Again, if I were willing to put in some time finding and studying an online manual for the camera, I could probably learn to take much better photos.

New Farmer

Beautiful red Farmer, Brock!
Is that one of those mythical South African Farmers that are rumored to come in every color of the rainbow??;)

Uhmmm, I dunno... I thought it was a standard production version?

The B&M store where I bought this one had a few different colored Pioneers, but I was specifically looking for a Farmer, and red goes with Victorinox like jam goes with peanut butter!
