What knives are in the photo in the background? Looks like a good pic![]()
Day in and day out it's the orange Farmer... Sometimes the Pioneer - with either I'm ready for anything in my daily adventures!
Chilly and rainy here for the last couple days. Toting my Elinox Electrician. My favorite Vic model of choice.
Merry Christmas guys!
Why is it your favorite?
I find the alox scales to be pretty much bullet proof, and like them much better than the plastic ones. I like the second small blade the electrician brings. In my entire life, I've never needed the SAK can opener on there, and the small flat head is next to useless to me. And should I ever need into a soup can that bad, I can get into it with the knife blade or whatever I find.
And I have used the larger flat head, bottle opener, and awl at one time or another. It's just the right size in hand as well. And alox is just addictive. Lol. Ask SAK Guy.....
I'm also always accompanied by a Vic Minichamp clipped to a single AAA light. So I consider I'm pretty well set for almost any ordinary tasks while out wandering around when someone leaves the door unlocked at "The Home".
And there's the Swisstool in my pickup console as well. Further afield, hunting, or what have you, a fixed blade is usually added as well. And a small hatchet to get thru the pelvis.
***Thanks Robert, be well my friend!
