I haven't been visiting this subforum as much as I used to, but it was exciting to come back today and see the Captain and Sir Al had scored 1 or more (MANY more
) colored Farmers recently! :thumbup::thumbup: Al had once given me a tip on a dealer to keep an eye on for alox special deals; I hadn't checked there for a couple of weeks, but I sure did today when I saw the activity!! Too late for a blue Farmer 
, but I ordered an olive Farmer and a red Cadet today. I'm fairly excited for a low-key kind of guy! 
(I may try to pick up a copper Farmer and/or an orange Pioneer and/or Cadet after talking to my wife tonight about special circumstances requiring budgetary modifications.

The blue is very cool, but I wasn't faithfully checking the "magic site", so it's a case of I snooze, I lose!
In a way, having the blue sold out when I got there made my life much easier. Choosing between olive and copper was challenging enough!

While I'm all for capitalism, it really chaps my buttocks that those Farmer's have already made their way onto fleaBay for $99.00 and up, and the losers are even using the vendor's pictures. I'm surprised the blue sold out so quick, even quicker than when the orange Farmer went on sale. The word I got was their next run of exclusives will include a red Farmer and a black Farmer with a red medallion, and the much talked about Farmer with scissors.

I know what you mean about being irritated by the folks who are just "making a buck" on this run; I can see why they do it (and I even considered it myself for about 2 milliseconds before I realized that's not who I am, or at least not who I want to be), but it still rubs me the wrong way.

Actually, I believe I posted here several months ago that my source said there would be more Farmer's, and in at least three different colors...well, it bore fruit. I trust that they will deliver again, and I'll be standing by first in line; try XMAS for a due date.

Yeah, those orange Farmers are still showing, but it has been months since they sold out. They were from their previous "exclusive". I just received my blue farmer and a Leatherman Charge TTI from the same store. Was going to buy the copper and green farmers, but I've already got the orange one.
