You know you can edit your post and even change the title in the advanced tab right?

To answer your question, my go to user sebenza is ones with black micarta inlays or my umnumzaan. I like the micarta bc i perfer the thicker feel on sebbies you get from inlays and it adds some extra grip which is a plus. I use all my knives but I tend to baby some of them like my desertwood inlay sebenza. I must say my favorite user is the umnumzaan though..

I use a small classic plain version, its one of the older ones with the s30v. Great knife!

My user sebbie is a large carbon fiber. It is a great edc, it's so light and thin I don't even notice it in my pocket.

I use all three that I own. I usually rotate them every other week. However the Large Insigno with Micarta inlays probably sees a few extra days of pocket time:p

Congrats on your new Seb and don't be afraid to use it!

Large Micarta Insingo DBL Silver thumbstuds s35v and no pocket clip, I can't go back to using a pocketclip, the knife feels so sleek and slim without it!

I don't own one, so I'd like to ask, does any bladeplay develop?
Can they handle hard use?
(not derailing the thread)

I use a large regular BG-42 Sebenza.

I know some would scoff at me using such a collectible, but I received it in a trade without a box or paperwork.I've never been good at reselling anyway.99% of the time,I'll lose money,so I may as well enjoy it!:)

I'm down to "just" two Sebenzas at the moment - small ATS-34 & large S30V 21. The small is semi-retired but the large gets carried whenever I feel the need for a big(ish) locking, one-handed opening knife.

No, blade play will never develop in a properly assembled, up to spec Sebenza that hasn't been abused. I can completely unscrew my pivot pin and it still doesn't have blade play.

As for hard use, that's pretty subjective. It's a strong, well-made, durable knife that will cut and cut for years and still have perfect action. That said, I would never spinewhack, baton, pry or attempt to cut thick steel or anything like that. But I wouldn't do those things with any folder, regardless.
