What Sebenza do you carry?

What type of Sebenza do you carry and use every day?

Mine lately is a small classic wood inlay. Before that I carried a small plain classic (now sold) and a large plain classic. The large mainly rides in my coat pocket through winter. These knives are the best pocket knives I've every owned.

My large regular Sebbie with SS Damascus blade, swedge/duel silver studs, anodized "Midnight sky" scene with pearl inlay, has been riding in my pocket sense I've gotten it. Man I really like this knife! I also like to have have my mastodon ivory/gold and diamond Mnandi on me for small tasks.

My wife carrys a small regular with silver "lighthouse" scene on it. It's pretty cool too.

At work: Stars & Stripes small sebbie (bumped my plain off of EDC spot) and Umfaan (any of four). Two mission wallets make this work like a charm and also take care of my Arc AAA and Sog Crossgrip (and coins and bills). I manage to carry my large on evenings and weekends. I've been known to clip in the large and still carry the others. It's so hard to leave them at home!!

Since getting the large "Stars & Stripes" a few months back, it has become my EDC. Just feels great, just works great! Just love it!

Sorry. . .I don't carry one everyday. . .but have 3 in my EDC rotation. They are:

Large plain in BG-42 (with a slightly modified blade)

Large plain in S30V (very modified by Tom Mayo)

Large Classic Inlay in S30V (no modifications)





Life is grand. . .when you have a Sebbie in your hand !

The other large plain. . .too hard to show in pic's. 2 modifications were accomplished. First, the blade spine was "softened." In other words. . .from mid blade to the tip ~ approx. 1/16" of material was removed. Second, the blade was "high polished."

Well, until I had to dismantle the "Zulu trio" for financial reasons, I carried a small decorated "Solar Wind" and an Umfaan Monday through Thursday, and a large plain with the Umfaan on "business casual" Friday. Outside of work, I carried the large almost exclusively.

After I sold the large and the Umfaan, I carried the small decorated exclusively

Now that I have to sell the small, I'll be carrying around the hopes of owning another
