Large Plain with S30V blade, horizontal sheath carry but occasionally clipped, depends on what sheath I'm working on next.
I do have a small wood inlay classic in mind but the large is really pretty handy! I was cutting up an orange today at break time and thought...hmm would a small Sebbie be able to slice clean through? Probably with extra cuts but not in one fell swoop but that probably doesn't really matter as long as it is cut. But lately, my flavour has gone to the Larger Sebenza!
I was also cutting some of that REAL hard plastic packaging that stuff comes in and felt a lot more secure cutting through that with the Sebenza than with my BM941 that I usually brag about, while the 941 is a very nice knife, the Sebenza has more overall brawn and cut through without a worry, more like using a fixed blade knife actually!
Though a wharncliffish type blade would have been nicer, wouldn't have run out of cutting surface as soon...that curved tip is great for food prep but when slicing through stuff it can run off and can get you in trouble...so I do prefer a more straight edge when cutting.
