What Shooting Sports Companies have had a co-branded run or model of Buck Knives?

Sure, it is a Ruger "Old Army". A black powder revolver based on the Blackhawk frame. 1972-2008.
Styled after but not a copy of any historical weapon. Mine is stainless.

The Ruger M77 has been one of my favorites for the past 45 years , or so. I think my favorite is a 7mm Remington Magnum, The rifle in the photo is a 308. I don't have a Buck/Ruger knife to show with it.
