Few ideas rolling around upstairs so I figure I'd take some opinions on what to build next. Maybe I'll contest the winner when I am done and think of something incredibly difficult. :p

1. Neck Sheath for the 11/14

2. Pocket Sheath 11/14

3. Crossdraw Sheath 11/14

4. Vertical Sheath 11/14

5. Nothing, Your work sucks and I hate you. Drop dead Skyler

Crossdraw would be cool for the people how have to carry a knife on their weak side since they carry a concealed weapon of a different type on their strong side.

My vote is for pocket carry for the 14. It would be sweet if you could incorporate a pocket clip that prevent the sheath from roaming around in the pocket, and inplace for the drawing and re sheathing the knife.

I'd say the pocket sheath too, but add another pocket on it so we can throw a SAK in there too or maybe a small pen light. Kind of like those KSF pocket sheaths do. I think that'd be great. I'd buy one if it could fit my Bk14 and a SAK Farmer. Put my on the list already. :D

A pocket sheath would be great. Especially one that fits well in the right leg pockets of carpenter jeans. You have the tall angled pocket and smaller straight pocket. Lets see it...hurry please.

I voted vertical sheath since the 14 can be used more as a small belt knife with the new scales that are coming out.

I voted for you to die, nothing personal but the item was funny enough it warranted voting.

Rear pocket sheath that actually fit in the pocket and wouldn't come out would be awesome.

Not sure how I feel about a clip, but maybe it wouldn't be bad. I would like to see what you come up with.

I really like the rear pocket sheath idea, too! if it had a little pouch for a fire-steel or sharpening rod, that's just be an extra treat.

I went with pocket and was surprised when I saw the results! I like all of the ideas, except for you to die, I like your work, although that choice made me laugh! Not sure about the clip but I like the idea of a multi role/ multi position. You could add in a grommet hole or two so that you could throw it around your neck and add a pocket or some loops for a steel and a pen or SAK or to organize the pocket, or replace a wallet....

Did I miss the Machax back harness? If you haven't done that, that's my vote. Otherwise, crossdraw would be my vote.

I am voting for the crossdraw sheath. Mostly because it sounds like a B.A. kind of way to pull that bad boy becker out. Imagine someone yelling, "I am going to crossdraw the CRAP out of you, dead fish!" Cool? I think so.

Did I miss the Machax back harness? If you haven't done that, that's my vote. Otherwise, crossdraw would be my vote.

You have to think about the mechanics of that. The curves of the Machax would make drawing like that uncomfortable to say the least.

Depends on how you have the blade oriented. I would probably have the edge facing out instead of in, which would make the blade drawing easier, and then you can rotate the handle in your hand once it's out. If you do a partially open-back sheath, maybe with kydex inserts or something, it would be pretty easy to draw and resheathe.

So the consensus so far seems to be a pocket sheath, clip hmmmmm I might have something to do about that. Since there is plenty of room on your butt for a necker and something else what would you want to see go with it? Flashlight? firesteel? I don't think I would want to site on my firesteel. Super Beckerhead decoder ring?

Too many variations in carpenter style pants for that pocket

I don't think I would do a double duty neck and pocket one unless it was not a full pocket sheath which would mean it would need a clip which would not be comfy for carry around the neck.
