Depends on how you have the blade oriented. I would probably have the edge facing out instead of in, which would make the blade drawing easier, and then you can rotate the handle in your hand once it's out. If you do a partially open-back sheath, maybe with kydex inserts or something, it would be pretty easy to draw and resheathe.

That would be quite entertaining to re sheath. Remind me to put a disclaimer of liability on that one.
Warning, resheathing of Machax may require surgery for an extra elbow, severing of your carotid artery, torn ligaments and extreme irritation. lol
 
You have to think about the mechanics of that. The curves of the Machax would make drawing like that uncomfortable to say the least.

My first thought was that I'd lose an ear with that setup. Yikes! I think the Machax, for me, is best suited in or on my bag.
 
a wood block to hold your machaxes secure...

so you can mail them to me more effectively :D
 
Construction has begun on the neck and pocket sheaths. Still some designing to do on the crossdraw sheath.
