Recommendation? What should i do

Maybe at one time. Call and ask that now. As near a quote as I can get: "Sir, we don't have the time to look at every single knife we ship and try to decide if you might think there is a problem. It just isn't practical. Many of our products are hand finished and so may not be perfect. Now if you get a knife that is damaged or doesn't work properly, at our discretion we will replace/refund/restock. Bu you will still pay shipping for us to inspect and decide."
Dang, that's a bummer. It was true a few months ago when I placed my last order; I know they inspected it because the box had been carefully opened, and the knife was perfect. I never call, just put a polite request in the comments when I order (same as I do for other dealers).

Hello everyone,
As most of you mentioned if it bothers me it will be always a bad option to keep it so im going to return it and take the loss probably. Looking for another one i managed to find one that looks almost perfect but i would like to know if you think i should be buying it or not because it also has this glue but way less noticeable. Here is a picture of both sides.

You will never be happy with this particular knife. Maybe look for one that does not use glue on the scales.

Is the knife sharp? Are the bevels even? How does it cut? Is the lock-up solid?

I think you're picking at the wrong nits.. fortunately, my opinion doesn't matter because I'm just some guy on the internet. If you aren't happy with it, return it.

In this type of knives i consider this aesthetic flaws pretty important.

As someone mentioned in an earlier post, before doing anything I’d reach out to Moki and explain your situation to them. A well written, detailed email to customer service asking for assistance in the matter may go a long way….and it certainly can’t hurt.

Simply explain that you purchased the knife based on the brand’s reputation for excellent fit and finish. Express your concerns and disappointment with the particular example you received, mention the financial complications of “exchanging/returning” it to the dealer and ask if there’s anything they can do to help rectify the situation and restore your faith in the brand.

Just my nickel’s worth of advice. Good luck!

This is probably the best route to take. Probably a long turn around, though.

Its why i did. I contacted them this week asking if they could be able to fix this issues as i really like the knife but this two flaws doesnt allow me to focus on the beautiful things of the knife. I mentioned that it was unfair that i have to lose 70-80 usd in the process but i said that because they dont have any replacement. If they a replacement unit i wouldnt have any issue losing that money.

Could you reach out to moki? If their jam is fit and finish then mabye they might help you out.

Never mind. Already mentioned.
