What size stand offs for Kershaw leek?

The only stand offs I could find specifically made for leeks are a bit expensive so it would be nice to just buy some regular stand offs. Does anyone know the size of the handle screws?
 
If you take the back spacer out and measure it, that should give you an idea of what stand offs to get.
 
That makes sense. I'll probably measure the height of the backspacer. Thanks for the information. Any idea what size the screws are? They have non threaded stand offs, but I'd rather go with the threaded ones.
