What Size Stencils?

I'm in the process of ordering stencils from IMG. The Graphics Director (Patricia) has been really helpful and even designed a great logo for me. I received a proof for my stencils this Friday and in it there are 3 different size logos. Out of the three sizes, only the largest one looks big enough for my smallest blades. I'm probably going to phone her tomorrow and request some bigger sizes, so my question: What type sizes do you guys use for your knives?
 
Patricia is the greatest! She is super sweet and truely believes in customer service. She designed a stencil for me as well, and sent em to me in two sizes...3/16" and 1/4"...I like those sizes for my knives.

John, here is their info. Like godogs said, Patricia is really great to work with. I was pleasantly surprised with the good customer service. They really seem like they want your business when you talk to them.
