What small, simple, mundane task do you use your EDC for every single day?

Having a knife comes in handy here and there but--let's be honest with ourselves--99% of us who carry fancy knives around do so because they're cool, not because we need them that much.

I can't speak for others Dag, but this is pretty much me to a "T." Yup, I like collecting neat knives, always get a little rush of excitement when a new one comes in the mail, always will, even if it mostly opens little bags of coffee.

If it is a week day: peeling an apple and opening goodie bags.

If it is a week end: Opening a box or trimming plastic on some doo-dad for a home fixit project.
Seems like something always needs fixing around the house.

I used to cut cardboard and open boxes every day when I was working at Academy, but now the only thing I use my knives for regularly is opening letters. Man, I need to take up whittling or something so that I can get more usage out of my knives.
