What "Soon to be Released" Movies are You Excited About?

Your next, and the conjuring was just "ok" neither was scary but what movie is anymore, and im not much of a horror movie fan anyway. I was bored with insidious 2 but the wife liked it.

world war z was pretty decent for a zombie flick.

The new riddick was awesome IMO.

The heat, was hilarious.

Elysium was pretty awesome

2 guns was awesome and a great mix of actors IMO

The worlds end was just "ok"

This is the end had funny parts throughout but the story was just boring.

Red 2 was just as good as the first. both I enjoyed.

I plan to watch the Family tonight and maybe the Loan Ranger as well.

When you dont sleep there is a lot of time to kill!!!
 
I really enjoyed The Lone Ranger, it made me feel like a little kid watching TV with my grandfather again. If you go to see The Family, be sure to let us know what you think of it. This weekend I plan on seeing Insidious 2, I can't wait to see that.
 
I know it has been out for a little while now, but I JUST got finished watching The Purge, and it was okay at best. It got pretty boring reviews. But the idea behind it was definitely different so I had to watch it. Cool, some good fighting scenes, but again......just like when I watched Olympus Has Fallen.......this would/should never happen IF that one idiot in all these movies doesn't make a stupid choice.

Can't believe this isn't mentioned yet either. As if the first 300 didn't make me feel weak and overweight...
 
Starting "The Family" now... more to come on this one....

I didnt even know about 300 or anchorman 2..... More to look forward to.
 
Anchorman 2 will be really worth watching I am sure! The first one was too funny. :)
 
Turbo Tension, I'm going to have to agree with you about Filth. It definitely looks like it could be interesting, a bit different, but it might be worth it.

World War Z was a REALLY good movie :D I really enjoyed it. I like how it dove straight into the action and it didn't waste any time.
 
Yea that was a good one! I normally dont bother with the zombie movies, but im glad I gave that one a chance. I liked how the zombies were more realistic, and could actually run after you instead of just loud moaning, & walking towards you with their arms out LMAO
 
I watched World War Z last weekend for the first time. Read the book 3 or 4 years ago, so I had certain expectations going in. The movie varied from the book in a lot of respects, but I thought they did a reasonably good job with the movie given the time limit. I was expecting intense action and scenes, and they lived up to that perfectly. I was on the edge of my seat quite a few times. I liked it.

Looking forward to the 300 sequel a lot and especially looking forward to the rest of the Hobbit movies. Big J.R.R. Tolkien fan.

I went to the Alamo Drafthouse to watch Insidious 2 on Friday the 13th, the scariest part was the dude that walked in half way through the movie with a hokey mask and a fire ax. Even though it has nothing to do with the movie I just couldn't stop thinking that it could be some crazy guy that was gonna start killing people in the theater.

The fast zombies were the best part of that movie! I could not imagine being chased by one of those guys!
 
Insidious 2 was pretty good, the first one was more suspenseful. I do think that is from knowing what to expect with the second one since it's hard to completely change the story line of the sequel. Nonetheless, it was worth seeing.

First running Zombie movie I saw was Dawn of the Dead in 2004. I'm pretty sure that was back when I drank, because I really only remember Ving Rhames being FBA and shitting when the little girl tore up the guy and came running down the hallway.
