i love the manix 2 sprint runs. the one i own is in bd30p steel ( almost identical to s30v) and it has very good g10. i personaly perfer the caged ball lock over the compression lock of the para 2. and i love the leaf shaped blade as well. however i would never buy a standard manix. i hate the blade grind and it is way to heavy for what it is. when you get the sprint run they come as ffg and skelitonized liners which cuts the weight down pretty good.

My favorites are the Paramilitary, Endura Wave and native. You can't go wrong with any of the vg-10, 154cm, m390 or s30v models

PM2 or Sage 1 for me. I see the Gayle Bradley getting lots of love but I didn't care for the tiny thumb groove on the liner lock and it's a little heavier than I prefer.

I would get a Paramilitary (which I have) and a regular Military if you need something a little bigger. Of course, it never hurts to have both. :)

I really love the Para2 and the Manix 2.
The ones I currently own and probably my two favorites I've owned would be my Spyderco Chokwe and the Sage 3.
The Sage 2 is amazing as well, but for some reason the Sage 3 just fits me lol.

Para2 in good Blade-steel for 90% of us. The Military for the connoisseur.

It would be hard to give up all but one I think the Gayle Bradley would be what I kept
