So many knifemakers, so little time.
I'd love to see a high-quality little gents' knife to compete with William Henry. A Stan Fujisaka collaboration would be awesome.
The knifemaker I'd really love to see do a collaboration is Jeff Harkins. His Japanese/fusion style, incredibly elegant and clean, is just amazing. You can see some of his work here: http://www.knifeart.com/jefferyharkins.html but he has a variety of designs that are just gorgeous. I may make it my personal mission to get a major production company to do a collaboration with this guy!
BTW, I have a pretty good custom knife collection, with a wide variety of knives and styles. My Harkins folder is the first custom knife I ever bought (cost me a whopping $225!) -- and to this day, continues to be the one that gets the most attention from other collectors when they look at my collection.
