What Spyderco(s) are you excited about?

I know the Redback and Rhino have me pretty pumped up. It's hard to tell from just pictures sometimes, but i have a feeling these 2 will become instant favorites of mine.

I was excited about the Rhino when it was bd1, but even more now that it's xhp with cf. And it would make my day if Redback comes in xhp or 204p. It would be one i would splurge on for the cf handles and upgraded steel.

So what has everybody else's Spydie sense tingling?

The Caribbean plain edge leaf blade has been on my radar for some time but then Sal mentioned a titanium handled one and now.....
Good to know, i didn't know about a ti handle! Is it replacing the g10 one, or another variant running along with it?

G10 first then titanium and frn if all goes well. I'd say it'll be awhile but I can be patient if I have to... I guess. Lol

The Redback is the only one I absolutely must have unless they drop anymore surprises on us this year.

Can't wait for the Redback and the Amalgam!! I really hope the Amalgam comes in different handle configurations. I'm not the biggest fan of the g10 carbon fiber laminate.

Spydiechef! Just ordered one!

I’m also excited about the Native 5 and Pacific in LC200N. I probably would’ve ordered one of those to compliment my Spydiechef if they were out.

The Redback and the Smock have my eye and I may pick one of those up (but not both) if there’s money left at the end of the year.

Just got my Chef last week, I'm loving it more everyday. The only gripes I have are the stickiness of the lock, the finish on the ti is not appealing, and I guess the action could be smoother. That being said, it just feels so good in the hand, and cuts great. The size is perfect and it's so light! I also just feel so much better knowing it's rust proof.

I'm somewhat torn between keeping it stock or modding it up something like this:

More of a profile that I usually carry (and like an actual chef knife). Combined with a thinner regrind for ultra slicing and an anodizing, it'd be one hell of an upgrade!

Mantra 3. I'm not a fan of mono lock flippers
Carbon fiber look check.
2 scales check
Compression lock check
Spidy flick check.
Flipper check
Deep carry wire clip check.

Redback, Paysan, Techno 2, and maybe the Smock and Rhino. I had the original G-10 Rhino on pre-order, and the longer it takes, the less excited I get for some reason...

Every spyderco knife that I newly bought makes me exciting, but the excitement fades as time goes and hence, the next spyderco to buy.;)

The Smock and the Brouwer. Of those two especially the Smock. I really like the design of its flipper tab and have been wanting to see a low profile corner of the tang flipper like this on a production knife for a very long time now.

I haven’t been this excited for a Spydie in a long time.

Hopefully one of these days they will release the Spyderco Swayback by Slysz.

Amalgam, Native LC200N, Smock, I am likely missing a few...

That swayback is awesome looking.

I just pre-ordered the Paysan, Smock, Amalgam, and Brouwer. Couple of others calling to me as well, but those 4 are at the top of the list. Getting all 4 likely = my wife killing me. Ugh... Forgot about the Techno 2 and maybe a new Spydie Chef! And LC200N!

I need to free up some funds. Also need to get the wife some some jewelry.

Funny that as recently as last year I couldn't really get my head around Spyderco. Now Spydie knives are displacing other brands for me at fairly good rate. Many other good brands as well, but Spyderco is doing some really interesting options.

Ah yes, but then there’s the fun of rediscovering what you already have, but haven’t carried for a while. I rediscovered my Schempp Bowie yesterday. Man, what a cool knife...and a GREAT EDC!

*NOTE: Did not stop me from ordering the Spydiechef in post #8. :D
