Just got my Chef last week, I'm loving it more everyday. The only gripes I have are the stickiness of the lock, the finish on the ti is not appealing, and I guess the action could be smoother. That being said, it just feels so good in the hand, and cuts great. The size is perfect and it's so light! I also just feel so much better knowing it's rust proof.
I'm somewhat torn between keeping it stock or modding it up something like this:

More of a profile that I usually carry (and like an actual chef knife). Combined with a thinner regrind for ultra slicing and an anodizing, it'd be one hell of an upgrade!
I found that through Google image search, no idea who did it. However as many have recommended before me I'd say go to Josh at Razor Edge Knives. I know that's who I'd go to for something like this.now that is interesting to me....who is doing that regrind of the spine? i like that MUCH more than stock!

+1 for the V-toku2 sprints. The wait is almost painful for that Dragonfly 2.V-Toku2 Stretch.
Still waiting
