What Spydercos are in your "EDC" rotation ??

My Spydie rotation consists of;

Military CE
Military PE
FRN Endura SE
Blue Rescue SE
Rescue Jr. SE
Calypso Jr. SE LtWt.

My Millies see the most pocket carry time(work and non-work), while the others are mainly carried(rotated) for work EDC. :D

My Calypso Jr. is my at home carry. ;)

Thank you for the topic.
My very most carried spydie used to be the FRN Delica PE (85%). Now and then I was carryig a Meerkat or a Copilot (not to mention the Ladybug attached to the keychain).
I recently got a Shabaria (PE) and I was delighted the way it works, so it became my EDC. I also carry a Delica quite oftenly (in fact, my SE Delica is IWB as I type). Sometimes I carry the Native or a DeltaZ knife (it's a proto so I try to save it).
And of course, there is the little Kershaw Chive, a knife I'm very fond of. But those last two are not spydies, so they don't count.

The only Spyder that I carry is the CF Police SE that I use in the office.

Once in a while I slip the SS Endura in my pocket, but not very often.

For those of you who carry the much larger folders like the Police models...I'm just curious...What is the legal blade limit for carrying a folder in your state ?? Here in Delaware it is 3 inches...I guess I wouldnt want to find out what would happen if I got caught carrying a much larger blade...

Currently on the mantlepiece:
Blue Lum Chinese PE
Gunting PE
Salsa PE
Jess Horn Micarta SE
G-10 Navagator PE
Almite Worker SE

Recently retired from EDC rotation:
Wegner CE
Wegner Jr PE
FRN Delica SE

In my pocket today:
Calypso Jr Micarta PE

Others just live in the Knife Box... never to see the light of day :(

In Texas the legal blade length limit is 5.5 inches for folders and fixed blades; concealed or open carry makes no difference, and there are exceptions allowed for activities such as fishing, hunting, and historical reenactments.

vyper005> the "generally accepted 'Law'" for knives here(Sask, Canada)... 4" isn't getting a 2nd glance. 6" might get measured(if you get a real as&#115 for a cop). I carry the pair of 4" folding, and a 4" fixed, and the only time I get a 2nd glance is if I use one to do a menial task in a high sheeple area. Thats why I carry smaller too.

no autos, balis, pushdaggers... damn commies in gov't.

I used to carry the merlin once in awhile. Now, its just all live gunting and gunting drone.

My most common use for Spydies is to supplement a multitool or SAK. So, I usually pick something with that in mind. Some favorites:

FRN Rescue Jr or Ladybug II - When I want a serrated edge in my carry, which is often.

Micarta Jester PE - When I'm going small, paired up with a Leatherman Micra or Squirt.

G10 Navigator PE or Dragonfly PE - Nice for clipping to waistband of shorts or sweats.

My "always carry" knife is a G-10 Harpy. It is useful for some many different things. I always carry it by the clip on my left pants pocket (I'm right handed). If I'm wearing shorts with a string tie at the waist, overalls, or jeans, that Harpy will be there. Once I move away from shorts I usually put something with a plain edge in the right pocket. It is then mainly used for "general cutting duties" where a hawksbill doesn't work very well. In jeans that right pocket knife is usually my Shabaria. Sometimes I carry the lightweight Calypso Jr. (One hell of a knife in a super light package.) Sometimes I throw my Blue Native in its neck sheath and carry it but not very often. I have a CCW for Oklahoma. I normally use a fanny pack for my S&W 640 .357 and two speed strips. But the fanny pack has an external pocket and that's where my fully serrated Military rides. Truly great knife you could bet your life on.

I picked up a used, almost new Merlin at a gun show for $15. How could I resist? Into my pocket it goes.
