What steel would you rather have...

Ulfberht. I watched a documentary on this and it was the strongest steal used before the industrial revolution. It was made in the 9th to 11th century. Sometimes we think we have gotten so smart. I think sometimes we get a little big for our britches. Lol. I'm sure a high end carbon steel properly heat treated would be better than 440a easy.
