Since you didn't want old stuff listed, just want to mention that I used to have almost as many, 25 or so other alloys (including Ti and Cobalt base) That has me at a little over 50, give or take for lousy memory. Huh, I don't recall ever owning a ceramic blade. Did have some obsidian ones.

All of them. I know with advances in metallurgy that there are "better" steels out there, and there are certainly worse steels out there, but I've always been pleased with general high carbon stock.
