What Tasks is the XM-18 Designed To Do?

I should have been clearer. My understanding was that Rubicon's first response indicated the list I gave in the original post was in the designer/maker's scope of intended use for the knife. When I said "appropriate uses" in the subsequent posts, I should have said "intended uses" or "uses it's designed for".

Honestly, This is like having my X-Wife on the Forum. You ask a question and then the responses become the conversation spinning and analyzing the meanings.
This is a Hinderer sub-forum to a knife forum.
This is supposed to be enjoyable.
We like knives (HERE) it happens to be Hinderer Knives and associated Hinderer equipment.

"We" didn't ask for Your input or reviews of the knives we already like.
I already said, what you review and test is your business - there is a sub-forum for that.

As for my posts, If you have a question about what I meant - Ask.
I'm getting tired of reading peoples impressions of what I said - it's irritating.

Fair enough. You (collectively) didnt ask, but I decided I'd do it. I asked in order to get an idea what the knives are intended to be able to do. Is the Xm-18 designed to do the things I've suggested? Basically, its a hard use folder. What is the makers definition of hard use?

And EVERY one of your questions have been answered - and now you are attempting to circle back and start re-asking the questions,
I will avoid commenting farther as to not offend other..... "Engineers"
Now...... GO do your test, review, whatever.
