Does anything on TV count? Not technically a movie--more a "reality" show I saw it via playback of a store's VCR based CCTV system. Anyway, it's my "sharpest knife on TV" story. To sum up, it was footage of a female employee pulling a boxcutter on a male employee who was harassing her (touching, etc) while on lunch break (lunchroom had a CCTV camera in it.) He was wearing a cloth apron over his workshirt and she swiped it at him, chest level.

What happened was that she cut the apron right off his chest, but he was totally fine! Just the apron got cut off. Not him, or his shirt underneath was damaged in the least. Although I bet he had to change his shorts afterwards. The look on his face when she pulled the boxcutter and stood up to him was priceless....
